We are an accredited testing and certification body. Our accreditations and notifications are:

For textile floor coverings we cover the entire range of tests.

From testing the use class according to EN 1307, its additional properties (such as castor chair suitability, stair suitability, additional properties for tiles, resistance to fraying ...), and the required CE marking tests (such as burning behaviour, electrical resistance, antistatic behavior) and emission and odor test (VOC determination, odor test according to GuT guideline, ..), we are your reliable partner, both to check the initial values as well as to the processing of complaints.

Flooring technology
Resilient flooring

The term resilient floor coverings mean a variety of different products. Despite the fact that the field is so broad and, in some cases, very different tests are required for classification, we can carry out almost all classifications and additional properties tests.

Whether it is polyvinyl chloride (PVC), rubber, linoleum, cork or synthetic thermoplastic flooring, as well as floor panels for loose laying according to EN 14085 or semi-rigid, multilayer, modular floor coverings (MMF) for floating installation according to EN 16511 – all of them can be tested and classified at our institute.

We will gladly carry out the classifications according to EN 13329, EN 15468 and
EN 14978 for you, but also numerous other suitability tests such as burning behaviour, electrical and acoustic properties, coefficient of friction and slip behavior, as well as odour and emission tests are tested by us.

Resistance to desinfecting agents of coated and textile upholstery fabrics

  • We examine whether disinfectants change a surface visibly.
  • we test the effect disinfectant s might have on textile -physical characteristics like e.g. resistance to rubbing, soiling behaviour, embrittlement, micro crack formation and more
  • Our test program allows us to examine upholstery fabrics’ resistance from one disinfecting agent to whole groups of active substances (e.g. alcohols, aldehydes, quaternary ammonium compounds, oxygen substances).

This comprises the sustainable usage of energy and water within the production cycle, the usage of renewable energy, waste reduction and environmental education.
